A company is looking for a Director of Brand and Creative
Marketing to lead brand strategy and creative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine brand strategies for GoGuardian and Pear Deck
Learning
Lead a multidisciplinary creative team to ensure high-quality
creative output across various asset types
Track and analyze brand performance metrics to measure campaign
effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in advertising agency or internal brand
management
Proven success in creating and executing integrated campaigns and
marketing collateral
Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and
messaging
Hands-on experience in developing creative across various
formats
Experience managing creative teams across different disciplines
