A company is looking for a Vice President of Executive Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale a team of Executive Talent Acquisition Partners
Collaborate with leaders across departments to create tailored recruiting strategies
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-impact and leadership roles

Required Qualifications

12+ years of recruiting experience, with significant executive-level recruitment
6+ years of people leadership experience
Experience building an Executive Search function in-house
Proven track record in an Executive Search Agency
Metrics-driven with experience managing candidate pipelines
