You will be accountable for executing Mirvac Development's digital transformation strategy. Mirvac is uniquely placed in the Australian market to exploit the new wave of data and digitisation sweeping across the Property and Construction industry. To achieve this, the role will work with specialists in Development, Design, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Business Operations, Group Digital, and Vendors to drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure delivery on commitments to realize our strategy and business benefits. This role will engage with Group Digital to align the digital strategy for the Development business with Mirvac's overarching digital strategy, ensuring enterprise guardrails are adopted to maintain data and digital asset security.Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive Business-Led Digital Initiatives
• Define & Manage Non-Enterprise Systems
• Align Digital Strategy with Development & Construction Goals
• Ensure all digital transformation investments have measurable ROI
• Maintain existing digital technologies and ensure user awareness of processes for system health
• Champion Business Adoption & Change Management of Digital Solutions
• Develop & Maintain a Digital Product Roadmap in partnership with Group DigitalYour point of differenceYou will have extensive experience leading digital transformation projects, including large-scale deployments, driving adoption, and applying agile methodologies while ensuring security, compliance, and risk mitigation. You should have strong leadership in BIM, digital twins, and construction technology, with a deep understanding of industry workflows to align digital solutions with business needs. Familiarity with AI, IoT, automation, and machine learning in property and construction is preferred.You will possess strong stakeholder management skills, be a clear and persuasive communicator, and have excellent negotiation and leadership abilities.
