Job Description:
Position Overview: The Technical Project Manager will oversee
and manage assigned IT projects in partnership with the CBH IT
Department and CBH Project Management Office. This role will have a
matrix reporting structure to the CIO and Senior Director of
Operations in the CBH Project Management Office. The Technical
Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, executing,
monitoring and controlling, and closing assigned projects in
alignment with CBH IT priorities and IT strategic planning

Perform key responsibilities as detailed in this job description in

in assuring both internal and external program integrity by being
alert to and reporting suspected instances of provider and employee
fraud, waste or abuse.Position Requirements: Education: Bachelor's
degree in computer science, information technology, business
management or other relevant fields; master's degree
preferred.License/Certification: Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification or willing to obtain certification within 3
years of hire; PA Child Abuse Clearance required.Relevant Work
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Information
Technology. Prior experience in a social services/behavioral
health, behavioral health managed care, or commercial insurance
setting is highly preferred. Prior experience in translating and
communicating technology needs into business terms with internal
and external stakeholders. Project Management experience preferred.
