Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator to provide
administrative support to the clinical team in delivering
high-quality health care for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
Coordinate patient appointments and manage medical records
Support scheduling, referrals, and follow-up for care coordination
functions
Qualifications
Minimum of a High School diploma
Completion of a Medical Terminology course preferred
Medical office experience preferred
Five years of work experience preferred
Working knowledge of computers and electronic data management
